Sandi made tacos last night. At home we had them on tortilla shells topped with lettuce, cheese, onion, tomato, sour cream, and chipotle salsa. Today Jill, Marchae, and I had them for lunch using green leaf lettuce in place of the tortilla shell. We also didn’t have the onion and only topped with cheese, peach chipotle salsa, sour cream, and tomatoes.
